Most of our tech-support personnel have worked with erection crews and made a living putting up steel buildings. They can answer all your questions and guide your erectors through any difficult procedures.

We will send you three full sets of erection plans within seven to fourteen working days of receiving your deposit on a building order. Where necessary, we can also provide drawings stamped by a state-certified engineer (available for the 48 lower states), but this may take a few more days. We produce our own drawings, and they are the best in the business. These precisely accurate but easy-to-read plans are just as useful to a first-time builder as to an experienced contractor. After you place your order, along with your other documentation, you will receive an itemized materials list that we refer to as a "shipper." When your building is delivered to your job site, it will be accompanied by a packing list which you can compare with your shipper as you inventory your building components.

Our shipping department works hard to coordinate all your deliveries. Your dates are posted in your online account as soon as they become available, and in most cases, we will call you a few days before shipments arrive (for more details see the appropriate product sections).
