Framework: Structural members for corners are a 3" x 3", 1/4" aluminum angle. Structural members between panels are a 4" x 2½", 3/16"aluminum "T" extrusion. The top frame is a 2½" x 2½", 3/16" aluminum angle. All aluminum structural members are 6063 alloy, T6 temper, anodized with a 202R1 clear finish.

Panels: Wall panels are a minimum ¾" thick sandwich construction. Exterior of the panel is a smooth white painted aluminum laminated to high density OSB board. The panel interior is a 1/8" gray vinyl covered hardboard. Panels will be caulked with a urethane sealant and fastened to structural members with plated screws.

| Ceiling: Ceiling panels are a minimum 3/4" thick sandwich construction. The interior side of the panel is a 1/8" white vinyl-covered hardboard laminated to high density OSB board. The top of the panel will have a laminated, aluminum vapor barrier.

Floor/Base: The building base will be a welded 4" structural steel channel, with stringers on maximum 24" centers. The base includes forklift pockets. Steel channels will be painted with a rust inhibitive paint. The sub-flooring is two layers of 5/8" OSB board with an aluminum vapor barrier laminated underneath. The finished floor will be a commercial grade seamless vinyl.

Roof: On buildings 4' wide or less, the roof will ship installed on the building. The installed roof consists of a .060" EPDM membrane laminated to the ceiling panels with aluminum gutters on all four sides. On buildings larger than 4' wide, the roof consists of corrugated V-shaped aluminum pans. The roof perimeter includes anodized aluminum gutters and fascia trim. The roof is shipped knocked-down, ready for on-site assembly by others.

Windows: Windows will be double sliding aluminum with locking devices. The sliding sections are glazed with 1/8" clear tempered safety glass. All window framing is anodized aluminum with a 202R1 clear finish.

Doors (swinging): Doors will be a commercial grade 3068 20ga. steel with a 1/8" tempered safety glass window in the top half. Doors include 3 pair of 4½" x 4½" ball bearing hinges and a stainless steel key-in-knob lockset. The door will be mounted on an anodized aluminum frame with a wool pile weather strip. Doors are painted white.

| Doors (sliding): Sliding doors will consist of a 6068 aluminum frame with a 3/16" tempered safety glass window in the upper section and a solid panel in the lower section. A keyed locking device with a pull handle is included. All aluminum door parts are anodized with a 202R1 clear finish. Buildings with a model number ending in "-1" include a sliding door on each of the long walls.

Electrical: The pre-wired electrical package includes one 125v duplex receptacle, one 230v single receptacle, fluorescent lighting and one 125 amp circuit breaker box. All electrical components and wiring conform to the National Electrical Code.
